While I make all effort to package your print or original collage as carefully as possible, sometimes things can go wrong during postage. This may be things getting lost, or don’t turn up or get damaged. Please contact me if your item hasn’t arrived or is damaged. If something doesn’t arrive, I will refund half of your purchase price. That way we both don’t lose out.
If a piece arrives damaged, you will need to send me a digital image of the damaged item and post it back to me (at your expense) for either repair or replacement.
